Australian Shipping

We send all our domestic orders through trusty Australia Post, we use their registered service to provide our customers with fast and safe delivery.

International Shipping

Ahoy there Friends! We may be based down-under but Tiny Allies ships worldwide!  International shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

We ship our international parcels daily with Australia Post. If you are in the (EU), you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent from outside the European Union (EU) before you can collect them.The same duties may apply if you're located in Canada.

RETURNS

Change of Mind

Not a big fan of what you ordered? Maybe your Tiny Allie isn’t quite shimmying the way you hoped they would shimmy? That’s cool, we get it, and as long as the item wasn't on sale you can get a refund.

Sale Items

We do not provide exchanges or refunds on Sale items for ‘change of mind’ unless the product is deemed faulty.

Return Conditions

You must Lodge your return request online within 10 days of receiving the goods, you need to subsequently lodge your parcel at the post office within 15 business days.

 
The items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.


It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage.

Faulty Items

In the event your item is faulty we will happily replace your item! We may ask for the item to be returned or for a photo displaying the fault as clearly as possible so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.

How to Initiate a Return?

If your item meets the conditions, then please lodge your return via our dedicated Tiny Allies Australia Post Returns Portal.

If your return does not meet the conditions, and you send your item anyway, you will not receive a refund or a store credit.
