By browsing our website or by placing an Order, You agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding Agreement between South Australian Design Studio pty ltd. (Tiny Allies) and You for the supply of Products.

Orders will be deemed to have been received by Tiny Allies at the time when payment details have been provided and approved and an automated confirmation has been sent.  Order confirmations are sent to your nominated e-mail address. Take care when submitting an order - orders may not be cancelled once they have been received. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Tiny Allies is an online business and will primarily communicate with customers via e-mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence. Each Order (once confirmed) represents a separate agreement.

In the event we need to cancel an order, all money paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded in full. We will confirm this cancellation by email. 

We will ensure that all Tiny Allies goods are delivered as fast as possible. From time to time it's possible for shipping and other factors outside our control to result in delays.

No Liability will be accepted for loss or damages suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays. The listed delivery times are an estimate only and subject to change without notice. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than 1 week, we will notify customers by email at the email address nominated in orders.

Once goods have been dispatched, customers need to liaise with Tiny Allies nominated courier company for delivery, only - checking the tracking number and making themselves available to take delivery during business hours. Information that will provide to customers in relation to delivery will be from a third party, and We will not guarantee the accuracy of such information.

When you're returning goods to us, we take no responsibility for anything lost in transit.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed.

There will be no refund on any sale items.

All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Promotional discount codes may be given at the sole discretion of Tiny Allies, with terms and conditions detailed at the time of the relevant offer. We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice.

All prices listed on the Site exclude Delivery Costs, these are shown separately in the Product page. Please note, this may be recalculated depending on the number of Goods you place in an Order.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees provided for by statute including under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Any item can be exchanged for another product or credit note if it is returned within 14 days of purchase and was purchased at full price. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs to return the item to Tiny Allies are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'.

There is no exchange on Sale items. 

If the item is deemed 'not fit for purpose', or is damaged in someway, a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund for a 'change of mind'.

In the case that your item is found faulty, we are more than happy to replace your item. For internal production purposes we require a photo of the faulty item and the fault shown as clearly as possible.

All returns, exchange and faulty queries are to be directed to : hello@tinyallies.com In your email, please be sure to include your order number. If your items were a gift please ask for the receipt, and forward a copy of the receipt to us, if the gift was ordered online through us an order number will do.

We will notify you once your item has been received. When returning goods we recommend using a tracked service.

All Intellectual Property in any material on this site is the property of Tiny Allies, or of a third party, and remains the property of its respective owners. Unless expressly authorised, you may not reproduce adapt, modify, display, perform or distribute any material or any part of any material. Please do not modify or copy the layout or appearance of the site nor any computer software or code contained in the Site either, or decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover or access any source code related to the site. All of that is a no-no. Meaning, very much prohibited. We know you understand.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Tiny Allies mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Tiny Allies (“Tiny Allies”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Tiny Allies’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Tiny Allies through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Tiny Allies. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Tiny Allies or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Tiny Allies mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
